End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 1st December 2024

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Daveshoope Webmasters ("Company") for the use of the BizCloudSuite application ("App") available at bizcloudsuite.com. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

License Grant

The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for its intended purpose of managing exchange rate updates for QuickBooks accounts.

User Obligations
  • You agree to provide accurate information when registering and using the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must not use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Restrictions
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • You may not sublicense, lease, or distribute the App without the Company's written consent.
  • You must not interfere with the App's operation or security.
Third-Party Services

The App integrates with QuickBooks APIs. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to comply with QuickBooks’ terms of service and privacy policy. The Company is not responsible for QuickBooks' performance or any changes to its APIs.

Data and Privacy

The App processes user data, including account credentials and exchange rate information, as described in the Privacy Policy available at bizcloudsuite.com/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the App if you breach this Agreement or for any reason at its sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Nigeria, where the company is registered.
